Working Principle
The main unit generates a controlled alternating magnetic field that drives plant-based grinding media within the drum to form a high-speed, reciprocating, flexible grinding layer. This layer conforms 360° to the workpiece's inner and outer surfaces, penetrating deep into holes, grooves, threaded areas, and crevices to perform precision grinding and polishing through micro-friction. There is no hard impact between workpieces during processing, and the flexible grinding action preserves the component's original dimensional accuracy.
